Hi Team,
I just want to bring some information to your notice and as A Customer of Religare wants to know some Hidden Terms and Conditions.
Firstly I’m so sorry if I’m raising my claim denial request after a month as there were a couple of deaths in my family so dint took this as a priority.
So here it goes. My claim no. 90752578.
How come a company named Religare give such a shitty reason stating that a person’s claim is inadmissible in dengue as he/she dint acquire around 104-degree fever.
I was admitted in the hospital as my blood report stated Dengue Positive. All the hospital papers were provided within no time.
In this case, a person should be asking Religare company for their permission whether I should be admitted under what clause or should I have been asking a doctor.
All these hidden terms and conditions you guys come out with when a Premium is been paid by a customer.
Please show me under which section and clause have you guys stated whether Religare Health Insurance does not a pass a claim if a person has fever under 104 degrees in Dengue.
I was actually being fooled by Religare Health Insurance as this is not acceptable and I’ll make sure taking this to IRDA and fighting against it so that no other middle-class family gets harassed by THUG Companies like RELIGARE HEATH INSURANCE.
It’s so Unethical on your end that you guys don’t even inform your customers about all these stuff at the time of the paying the premium.
Will RELIGARE HEALTH INSURANCE take my responsibility by not getting admitted to the hospital in the case of DENGUE and serve my parents if something happens to me in the future?
Why don’t you guys show me proof in your clause or documents where it’s clearly written about such hasty and nerdy justifications of denial for dengue claim.
I’m sure you guys would be smart enough to run a company by Thugging out middle-class families giving such shitty excuses and getting away easily.
But I’ll make sure this is not repeated again with any family by filing it to IRDA and to make sure that I Samarth Gandhi is capable enough to sue your organization and take it to all social media sites.
For your kind information just let me know what if your daughters and son's would be going through the same? Will Religare be saying I’m so sorry though you have been tested positive, still there’s no need to get admitted and fever under 104 is normal.
Do let me know what are your views about these bullshit reasons for not passing a claim.
