Very bad customer service by RESQ and Reliance

This is regarding the insanely bad service given by Reliance Digital RESQ.


I purchased LG washing machine (LG 7KG FRONT LOAD FHT1207SWL SIL) from Reliance Digital Ludhiana store in 2020.


I had paid for extension of warranty in last Oct 2023. After that a part was changed by the technician because machine drum was faulty. After that my problems start with the machine and your team. The machine is giving error and stops after 15 minutes of spinning. It's been 2 months, I have been raising complaints regarding the same problem but no solution has been provided to me till now.


I registered a complaint on 17th December 2023 for the same problem which was cancelled without any resolution.


Then again by calling at customer care, I registered a complaint on 31st December, 2023 and was told that solution will be provided in 72 hours. No one had contacted me till the expiration of the given period.


Then on 3-1-2024, I myself contacted Mr. Mohit- ASM (phone Number- 843719xxxx) for appointment of technician. He assured me that in 24 hours, technician will call you and visit but no one called. Then again, I tried to contact Mr. Mohit but he did not pick my phone till date.


Then I registered a complaint again at the customer care number 18008891044, and team assured me that complaint has been registered and technician will call within 72 hours.


Technician called me at 1:58 PM on 6-1-2024 from +91999181xxxx and asked for my address and other details. He asked me to start the machine and wait for him. I waited for him till 7:00 PM, he didn't come. I called him many times yesterday and today but he deliberately cut my phone. Then I called from some other number and he picked but when I mentioned my name and details he again hanged up my phone and cut my calls.


Is this the service RESQ provide to their customer?


Not only the Reliance damaged my machine, also harrassing me for the repair.


Such pathetic service Reliance Team is providing to its customer.


It's been 7 days since my last registered request for repair my machine but no one has cared to call me to resolve the issue.


I will never purchase a single item from Reliance Digital again and make sure that no one known to me will purchase any item from Reliance Digital.


This issue will be told to each and every person who will ask about Reliance Digital or RESQ.


Even after 4 calls to customer care, I didn't get any solution, also didn't get any information regarding to whom I can contact for the grievance.
