I just bought a wipod more than a month back and did a first recharge two times for which I have not received a refund although I raised a complaint and now the speed is pathetic like 35kbps etc.
Whereas I was expecting at least 2mbps although teir claim is 14.7mbps for which also I have raised a complaint 235874419 but there is no action taken on this regard also.
The chat agent at reliance one ashish was so rude that he abruptly ended the chat and was not even willing to answer straight forward questions.dint expect this from a conglomerate.
