Poor Service, Tampered Data counter. Review on Reliance WiFi Data Card

I have been using Reliance 2G wifi Net datacard for almost 2years now, my experience with this has been pathetic. Ofcourse, all ISP operators are bad in service, speed, billing but Tata Photon the thuggery ISP with terminally ill speeds [ I had bad experience with Tata Photon earlier having faced their low speeds, wrong bill, intimidation to pay spiked up bills followed by threats to take legal action. I faced their wrath for 3mnths before I decided to take them to consumer court which finally nullified their wrong billing, gave me relief ] This is Tata, India's most trusted company? LOL

Anyways, coming back to Reliance, I availed 5GB-Unlimited at 688pm plan, it first it appears  reasonable. But connectivity speed kills you to boredom while their Data counters are like tampered Rikshaw meters in our Metros:)  In a month I hardly use this connection just for Social media, as I have another broadband line for videos, streaming content but the data counter always dries up 5GB within 10days of Bill start date, then they put me into'512kb' line(Unlimited .LOL) which in reality worse than PSTN lines:) Within 5GP too, speeds are pathetic, never give consistent speeds over 500kbps while it promises 3.1mbps,  is another "regular" problem faced by most of us. If you complain to the customer care, they just say'sorry to know this Sir, we assure someone calls from Technical team' but there is no one who to return your call. If we seek their response on'online Chat' you will waste your time and energy but no resolution. But some consolation is roaming across cities free, service is seamless. So Iam giving 2* for connection reliability:p
