Its service is not the best but its relatively better than Idea and  Tata Photon.Escalation points are good but basic customer service are not up to the mark, this means that you have to escalate every concern to get it resolved, primary help-desk will not do anything.


There are probability that you might get some confusing plans and the charges added to your bill like SMS plan in your netconnect  connect number.As I told "Among the blind, the squinter rules" or in hindi "Andho mein kana raaja"
