Recently I came to know about Reliance GPRS in Prepaid which gives Unlimited GPRS access at Rs 81 for 7 days in your pre-paid connection. However the sad part is that even after subscribing to the service you are denied the facility. On June 6, I recharged the Rs 81 GPRS pack through Easy Recharge from a Reliance store in Dibrugarh. But even after more than 24 hours I'm not able to access the GPRS service. Whenever I try to connect a mesage comes:
Packet data not available. Check network services. Even I contacted the Reliance Customer Care Service twice but even they are clueless. Earlier on two occasions I went through the same problem. Once the 7 days validity period passed even without able to use it even once. On another occasion I could use it only for 2 days. Reliance may boast of their GSM, GPRS and internet services through the Hrithik Roshan advertisement on television, the truth is that Reliance is actually taking their customers for a ride.
