Originally I had opted for ril due to the huge promises made like 40 p per min,free sms etc etc.Bu to my utter dismay the service although improving now is far below what can be called as a quality standard.Main problem is the confusing bills sent and sms sent reminding us to pay the bills .
mobile bills sent by Reliance are erroneous .They include previous months charges also.They include certain charges which should not find a place in the bill i.e.SMS charges for Pioneer customers and if one asks them the details they say it is International Sms and the no.on which SMS has been sent cannot be provided.Moreover they keep calling every day to compel the customer to pay the wrong bills.As if this was not enough there is this problem of frequent incoming wrong numbers.incoming caller says some wierd number which is not all close to my mobile no.and he keeps calling everyday.
