I would never write such a title for Reliance. It has been my mobile operator for the last 9 years.
I have patronized Reliance for the past 9 years and for the same reason, I switched from its CDMA to GSM services last december(2011). A move that proved disasterous to me.
The reason for moving -> I could never get a Decent handset in CDMA. So I got myself a Samsung Galaxy S2 and faithfully switched from Reliance CDMA to Reliance GSM. And never has it been such an unpleasent experience so far in my entire "mobile" life.
Not a single days goes by without people complaining about my Phone
Whenever people try calling me, they encounter the situations below:
1) The operator voice says its Switched off
2) The operator voice says its its unreachable
3) If they do call me, my voice is cracking up, inaudible, and I go complete silent sometimes.
4) and the calls get dropped
5) No Response, a beep and the call goes dead.
The list is literally too long to get you bored if you were to read it.
Reliance GSM, this is VERY bad on your part. Very Very bad.
If I dig out the number of mails I exchanged with your CustomerCare in the last month and a half, it would fill half a book 500 pages fat! No exaggerations!
All your customer care folks give are FALSE assurance, about the resolution in 3 days. Bull crap.
You have not reciprocated in kind for my faith in you for the past 9 years.
I have planned to PORT out of reliance very soon, I am sure it doesn't matter to you.but mark my words, if you continue with your current state of "covering yourself in a shell" and not being responsive to your customers, it wont be long before you will start losing your GSM customers in scores.
