Hi guys. Its me Navin and now I am going to share my experiences about a cell phone from Reliance Group that is Jio Phones. As I bought it 17th of oct 2017. As like everybody I have listened a lot about this most awaiting phone from Reliance. I was so eager to buy it. As I bought it, I was quite happy. But when I used it I found this phone was not upto the mark as it should be. The phone is below standard and not even user friendly. First have a look about the phone. The pack of phone is having a handset, a battery and a charger only. There is no hands-free and not a single user manual. The handset is sponsored by LYF which is subsidiary company of Reliance. Now come to the problems which I faced while using it. As this phone is too slow and too late in response. If you push the keys a little bid of fast then it is not able to respond you as per your direction. As Reliance is claiming that it has the fastest network but in reality it is too slow. You have to download all the Jio apps for furher usages. But as you want to download it, there is a massage of error comes. The sound of the receiver as well as the sound of the mike is not good at all. You will feel worst sound experience while using it. Here you find a very rare problem in display. The display is anyhow set on never off mode after a time. As I set it to get off after 30 seconds. But sometimes it anyhow automatically set on never off mode. I am totally surprised with this. As I tell you all earlier that this phone is not having a hands-free with it. Then I used my hands-free with it. What I found was very surprising. As I use headphone in it, it get hanged automatically. Many a times I checked it but the result was same. Friends this phone is not good at all to purchase. Please Reliance work on these problems otherwise you will loose your customers. As this phone is showing that it has a unique feature that with a connector you can connect this phone with your TV set and enjoy the live TV. But they haven't provide connector. They must provide it.
