Hello everyone today I am going to share my experience about the Reliance Jiophone, I have a Jiophone and I am using it for my secondary device I want to tell you that You can’t use it for even net surfing, if you don’t have experience of using a feature for .
Network of this phone is good, in fact it works on one of the best 4G network but it works only on its network which may be a disadvantage for many people, although it doesn’t provide any extra features regarding network. Its network is very good because it is designed to surf internet in a feature phone and it provide you a great experience of using your daily life common works in a feature phone.
The customer service of this phone is also very good because it provide you full support regarding any network or handset related issue, thus you might be so excited about it but it has no problem because it has no features it doesn’t include any extra feature in it. It works for some limited tasks.
It is effective free because it gives you refund of Rs 1500 which you have pay at the time of purchasing it as a security deposit and thus you can think it is so good but it gives you refund after three years only if you follow their condition that’s mean you have to recharge it with Rs 1500 in a year or Rs 4500 in three years, it has its own plan which is of 153 and of 49. These plan only works on this device, but if use the 49 plan you can’t fulfill their condition to get refund after three years and the 153 plan is available on other jio number in 149 then why you are making such different price for the same plan.
After doing such things I am going to give a conclusion that this device has lots of problems and disadvantages which are very disturbing for a normal user first problem is it has not a hotspot thus you can’t use it with your pc for using net. Its built quality is also very bad it get hot after using internet for half hour and you can’t hold it because of heat. And it gives a noise sometimes after using it so much .
Thus I am not recommending it to anyone.
