Reliance Jio, launched by Mukesh Ambani, a successful businessman, after launching reliance. Then came the trend of 4g, At the Current time who doesn't own a Jio. Every home has atleast one Jio connection . after the launch it was exclusively available for the samsung high end devices and later on it made to all the 4g devices. It also launched a JioFi Hotspot, for those who doesn't own a 4g handset.
Network of jio is unexpectedly great, out of my personal experience, Jio has worked in that places where my primary sim has failed to provide me network and there, jio worked smoothly, Jio has done a Great job by providing free internet services at the begining for almost 9 months to all of its users, and then it charged around Rs. 300 for a month, for 1gb/day. which is still great, earlier we used to spend the whole month in 1gb.
Though I didn't faced a need for customer service, but heard about that, it is a little bit slow, they are giving the reason of thier huge customer base, but that's not a proper excuse.
Charges and Billing, nothing. all of us know that Jio didn't charged us a single rupee for anything till 9-10 months and gave high speed internet as well as unlimited calls, and now it charges around 300 per month and gives 1gb/day which is quite good
