Don't opt for Reliance Jio. Review on Reliance Jio

I have been a Reliance Jio user for about two and half years. Reliance introduced Jio sim with a very good offer. They issued free sims' with free data and SMS and calls.

The offer is: Free 1 GB /day, 100 SMS /day and unlimited free calls.

The only necessity is you need a aadhar card to get the sim and your phone should support 4G VOLTE.

But, they actually didn't provide the same speed they promised to provide and the 1 GB data got over very soon and you won't receive signal in most of the places and you will experience voice break and delays when you call through Jio.

Then, the offer got over by march 31, 2017 and they introduced a tariff plan. I opted for the 399 rs plan which provides 1.5 GB / day and 100 free SMS / day and unlimited calls for 84 days. totally 126 GB data free. I thought this plan was good and opted for it.

But I was wrong, the SMS service is not used by most of the people. They provide data in a very slow mostly in kbps. The call service is the worst of all.

Let's now see about the specifications:

Network: The network connection is really not good. Sometimes, the mobile data doesn't get connected and call service is also worst.

Customer Service: The customer care is not at all responsive and I hate them.

Charges and billing: I'm not satisfied with the charges and billing because they don't provide good service.
