My Experience with Reliance JIO
A case is pending for last more than a month but there is no analytic tools which tells them to filter old pending cases
Representative cannot do anything else than raising a ticket. Since Management does not resolve the issue a representative has to suffer.
Supervisors are not available on time. Customer has to spend at least half an hour to reach to supervisor.
A representative and Supervisor have spent approx 10 hours in discussion with me as customer. a 5 minutes of job can resolve the issue but company has waisted 10 hours of resources to fix this.
CS department has no information about the status of CAF of customer.
CS failed to reply following questions
Whether the from is submitted or not.
What is the pending step that I am not getting welcome message,
If the form is not processed then why Code was redeemed
how does the code gets redeemed or who does it or what does redemption means
CS is continuously saying to wait for 48 Hours every day for last more than a month. They have no ethics as how many times they can get confidence of customer by saying same lines.
B1ack End team is just says to ask customer to wait for 48 hours and fails to tell as what have they done so far and what are they doing in next 48 hours. As if they just are giving run around to customers because they are not taking the case serious even after a month of pending the case.
There is no mechanism for Jio seniors to track long pending cases or they are not bothered.
Email Support is not working. They have put a auto reply on emails they are receiving and nobody actually reads mails.
The reason Jio saying in mails that they cannot resolve it due to overwhelming CAFs, is incorrect. While they are activating sims daily within a day and within some minutes how can a CAF be unresolved for more than a month. they are saing this for so many months. How can Mukesh Ambani take immature decision that he is advertising so much and does not have enough staff and the condition is not improving even for a few months. All this planning and research is done prior to start of any business. Mukesh is such a big businessman and must have planned all this prior and if not then?
Applet authority is not responding to customers. They seems not working as of now.
While supervisors say they will callback they do not. they do not because they do not have an answer provided by other department or they are over busy. JIO has not plans to solve this issue.
Thought of a CS Rep: - What type of company am I working. When I go home in the evening I am not able to face my face in mirror because I have faced so many customers in the day who were angry and were cursing me and JIO. Customer abusing and cursing this bad that I feel like I am harassed or humiliated. I know resolutions to the problems for which customers are calling are just small. Issues could be resolved in 1 percent time of what we spend with customers. If JIO gives us right to fi issues like activation and resolving discrepancies I think we can close tickets 5 times more than what we do and we can get thank you message from customers and feel blessed by them. I want to work with a company where I can respect my self esteam and company cares about employees and their self respect. Not a company which leaves employees to get abused because management is not efficient.
CS rep denies for a supervisor anytime saying they are busy. Why, 1. because supervisors are busy or 2. they don't want to provide a supervisor. Ques to Jio.
18008899999 has a waiting more than 1.5 Hours and call disconnects after 1.5 hours then how can a customer reach customer service.

Why Digital Express people are giving run around. They say the sim will come after 4 days and then they start distribution next day only. they say outsiders should come tomorrow and tomorrow hey say again tomorrow. They do not stand on any of their wordings.
If they have provided the token still they want us to stand in que why?
Why are the tickets are getting closed without resolution.
21 Why I have already explained them that I cannot do E KYC as I am in different state then why the ticket was closed with comments asking for eKYC and I was told that something will be done without EYIC
While all my documents are verified by Digital Express person and he checked everything correct then why again eKYC is being asked.
While there is no problem with the documents and CAF then why is not the sim activated.N
Nobody can even provide the reason of sim not getting activated. Nobody has any information. Why anybody has not updated with my ticket mentioning as what is the issue for sim not getting activated.
Are there any remedies to compensate customers for this harassment
Internet speed on jio sim is not proper. it is like 50 Kbps
many times.
- JIo says they are providing the sim free. But people are putting their efforts by standing in queues and taking rounds of the stores is making it more than a 500 Rupees of cost then how can you claim it free. Moreover some stores are selling them for 200 to 300 INR.
