I celebrated Jio's entrance to the market with a lot of fanfare. But soon realized that they have lived up to their reputation of being a CHEAT. Yes, a cheat and also fraud. I downloaded the Jio App, and registered my interest by keying in my mobile device's IMEI number. They issued a bar code, and prompted me to visit a nearby Reliance Digital. Within few days, the code was not to be seen in my Jio App. When I called the customer care, to my horror, they said that the code, which was basis my mobile's IMEI number, has been redeemed. HOW CAN THAT BE? This is highly unethical.
I'm scared, if the SIM card(which has been issued per my Mobile's IMEI no) is misused by someone(may be terrorist).
Someone please help
