Jio came into existence when all other networks were looting their customers money. Jio came up with an wonderful offer where customers of other networks started switching to jio.
At first jio offered unlimited calls, msgs and Internet for 1 complete year free of cost which is definitely awesome.
Then they came up with plans which is good compared to other networks. They came up with Voice over LTE ( VOLTE) where with this feature enabled you can call anybody anywhere in india with just an Internet.
Their 4g plans priced at 51rs per gb is also good with speeds upto 100mbps. After exahusting the bandwidth they are offering unlimited Internet with 128kbps which is sufficient for receiving WhatsApp messages.
The bad and the worst part is their services, jio should improve its network. It's not available at many places in India offcourse they are developing and expanding over time but still its a concern if it want more customers they should expand its reach to customers.
