IO is good, it has speed, but it is not consistent. Speed fluctuation won\'t impact much on Youtube videos, chats, Facebook etc. and people won\'t care when it is free.Also remember, speed is not everything, it utterly fails on Ping test, that means Real-time Internet application(like accessing remote desktop/server, web-meeting, online gaming etc.) performance is really poor on JIO.
Calling the speed "all over the place" and "confusing" sounds a little dicey, not a solid op-piece I'd expect from a newspaper like Indian Express. Also not consistent means its neither consistently bad nor consistently good. I suppose 4G networks are not yet as stable as 3G or 2G networks. Jio just needs more time to stabilize
