Pathetic costumer care but Reliable network. Review on Reliance Jio

Hi guys I bought jiofi 2 device for 2899/- for which I get a jio sim with preview offer usually in jio website they show they will activate their services in 5hours but in reality it is taking 24hrs to 72hrs yes it took 48hrs for my sim activation and their costumer service was pathetic to talk to them you have wait for 20-30minutes yes u have to and they also facing server problem I though have I made wrong decision by getting jiofi 2 device by seeing their costumer service but after activation of full services i.e voice and data all my woes gone yes jio 4g was very good I am getting 40mbps speed connectivity(5.64mbps) download call quality was excellent and their is some network problems i.e regarding call connectivity to airtel when u tried to call a friend with airtel it say all line u are calling busy  and u guys know that their is rivalry between jio and airtel and except this all things was fine the call quality was good I think jio presently offering preview offer we have see what will they charge after preview offer but I was happy that all network providers are now having a good competition with is benefit for us.
