The problem was since it provided free service, everyone like stormed into buying the sim. That was one of the reason the traffic made speed worse. The network wasnt good at the peak duration that was around Jan to May 2017. But the good thing was the support team was good, polite and responsive. And thats what makes the difference. The network is improved upto an extent now. And overall Ive had a good experience.
