I installed Reliance Digital TV set-top box in early 2016 but it had quite a few problems and the company was reluctant not to resolve it.
Firstly, the set-top box I got first time was faulty and was not functioning well. I call their customer care number and they changed the box but the same problem started again.
I call them again but this time they refused to accept any responsibility and simply put the blame on me.
I had the HD subscription but to my surprise not all channels were True HD and only select few like Star, Sony, Zee channels were prpepr HD channels but not MTV Beats, VH1, National Geographic, etc were just upscale version of their normal standard channel.
The audio and video quality was not good especially the HD ones as they not being an actual HD channels.
The packages were relatively high than Dish TV or Airtel had less number of channels than any other D2H provider.
Overall, a less value for money D2H provider.
