I am using Reliance Digital TV from last 7 years. There were initial hiccups but 2017 I had worst experience with them. Everyone knows how good Reliance customer support is. there automatic machine is only things you can come across otherwise illiterate customer supprt people can barely speak, I don't how they can understand any technical fault. My only mistake was like every year I recharged this year also for full one year. But that was the blunder I made. First I got to know that my DTH has been put in someone else address and name. Now I am using it but sadly I found it literally impossible to convince that I am the guy who is actual user of their services.
After fighting like a soldier for few hours, I got through and resolved the issue. But that was not the end of my woes. I got to know just know through pop message on my TV that my account has been exhausted and I don't have much money left in my account. I am sure Anilji is not getting rich by any valid way. there are ways and short cut for sure. I am trying to get through their customer support from last one hour. but can it be possible that you get through them. This is last time I am having Reliance. I will discontinue their services and will switch to Tata DTH now.
