Firstly, I respect the fact that reliance work towards the people and nurturing with all the goodies, example the new lot JIO(everyone am sure aware of it).
Well, coming to the Reliance BIG TV as they name it, is it that good in terms of picture and sound quality?
Big NO.
I could see the pixelation of the picture even on the CRT TV's and some times sound tends to be mono than stereo. We lived with that thinking this could be it.
We shifted our TV to LED and also thought of upgrading the set top box which has HDMI port to grace our new LED tv. Well, our thoughts were very positive when upgrading it to HD set top box, I called customer care and they seamlessly arranged the upgradation process. Everything went on well they even exchanged the old set top box with new.
Now, the moment of truth, I switched on the TV, every one was excited to see HD channels but to our surprise the pixelation still occurs. The technical guy who came to our home for installation of new set top box told us that this is it, the picture quality never the less will remain same and that it cannot be improved by any means. I was really irritated by the picture, we spent extra bucks and bought HD Set Top Box but still the picture remain blurry and pixelated on fast moving videos, horrible.
Sound seem improved but picture quality is still the same, not good at all.
