It is a very interesting fraud by reliance digital mumbai located in R city mall. I bought a LG refrigerator and they told me the price was X. When I told them the competion was quoting Y they came with a new price which was Rs. 500/= lower than the competition when generally people try to match the competition. Although surprised I agreed to pay and they come back saying their price was valid against an exchange of existing refrigerator . When I confronted them that exchange was never discussed they kept quiet and we were waiting for the marketing team to revert patiently for 10 mins while they were discussing how to commit the fraud actually. The they tell us again that price is against discount and when we start to walk out of the door they say it was a confusion and it is without exchange . We still did not see what was coming. They asked me to pay and when I see their mobile phone billing system it was reflecting a price lower that what I agreed to pay by Rs. 500/= Now they are kind of stuck but quickly they bring in a steam iron and inform us that they are giving it for free because they love our blue eyes. Unable to believe this we still pay for the merchandise and it clearly showed up in the bill that the product was priced lower and they oversold us by shoving up our a. another steam iron which was of no interest .
