I used to have a Reliance 2G data connection for almost 3 yrs and had no issues with it. My miseries started with I changed to Reliance 3G. Read my letter down below to their customtakeouter service / nodal officer. Till date I dont have a reply.

Dear Mr. Chatterjee
This is with reference to my Reliance 3G No. 73, Relationship No. 54, Tariff Plan Name: 3GDATA_VOICE.
Previously, I have been a customer of Reliance Data connection and without any issues. I always pay my utility bills and before time. But ever since I changed to a 3G connection in Feb 2011, I have had a spate of issues with the network. I had constantly complained against the network problem but nothing was done about it for almost 7 months. Then in October 2011, I changed my loyalty to IDEA 3G since their network was very good. Coincidentally, since the first week of October 2011, I am bedridden due to a leg injury (Gout) and am immobile till date. So I called your customer service and asked them to disconnect the connection immediately. But they always keep telling me to go to a Reliance shop and follow the disconnection procedure.
I now ask you if a customer is bed-ridden, how do you expect him/her to go to your gallery? And on top of that, your company is sending me bill after bill in-spite of non-usage. When I ask them to provide me with a Reliance shop number, they tell me I cant call a shop either. Which means I am stuck from all ends.
I am thus forced to write to you about my apathy and provide me with a solution to this bottleneck.
