I have purchased Reliance Data Card (9387833494) from Expert Systems Kollam on 16-Aug-2008 (Corporate Connection, One year connection post paid ) for Rs 8500. Unfortunately from the very beginning I realized that Reliance Net connect is the worst Internet connection I have used till date. Whenever I connect my data card it works only for 10 to 15 minutes then it get disconnected. When I m ready for send mail I come to know that net is disconnected.. I have complained so many times my call is transfer to many guys. Your customer care has called me up a million times and your technicians checked my laptop and concluded that the issue is related with Data card and need to be replaced by Huwai service centre.
I have handed it over to expert systems (Dealer) as per the instructions received from reliance customer care officials. Unfortunately I didn’t get my data card replaced till date. Always your guys are assuring a solution. I am fed up with your false assurances and lame excuses. The irresponsible acts of the Customer Care department are quite dis-heartening never matches the credibility which Reliance is having a worldwide reputation, it really damages the image of Reliance in my mind.
I feel it’s a true evidence of mismanagement from Reliance. I assume that customer care officials are given a fancy designation where they have no power to-do anything, so as to improve the process at Reliance. Nor will they have any power to fix loop holes in the system.
I am software professional and I bought USB modem for my official purposes. I have faced several issues only because of this faulty modem. I demand terminate my connection and get back my Rs 8500 (Purchase price of modem), and Rs 20000 for the trauma I have gone through.
I demand compensation part for my sufferings within 3 days after receiving this letter; I will be forced to move further with my lawyers and media.
I demand an urgent action to be taken in my case. I'm really unsatisfied with reliance
