Really pathetic customer service. Review on Reliance Data Card

Reliance people are goons. Everytime I called them to activate my datacard. They told to recharge for 110/- . This way I recharged for around 500/- and even after that my datacard didn't get activated.Please don't go for this pathetic product ever in your life.I don't understand why Reliance is creating such bad reputation for herself.Every time I called up these customer service guys disconnected me. Sometimes, they even told it is already activated. These people are unreliable. a real pathetic service provider.Govt shouldn't allow reliance as player in telecom domain. Worst operator ever.Strict NO NO to all reliance products.This datacards comes as around 600/- rupees less than vodafone or airtel datacards. Thats the only good point about it. But I hope those other ones will be much better than this.My friends reliance connection was even not getting disconnected despite many requests and unnecesorry bills were coming.This is was worst ever experience.
