I was using RIL Broadband from last six months.The speed is good and perfect, The connection is reliable and excellent.
When you buy this connection Reliance is offering PC Protect package that will support your PC protecting various Melware, spyware & adware & but obivious Viruses too, They are charging for this but thats minimal every month, Its Rs 50 & Rs 100 as you select different ISP usage packages.
I'm using Rs 295 plan & Rs 50 , Its make perfect combination of my usage as I'm using mostly in night and I got Rs 500 of advantages as Night surfing is free and parrelly connected with a Landline phone + STD with 75 calls free every month and Modem free too..Its really very great as I'm availing facility as customer.
But I was not happy with customer services, The major disadvantage of RIL is totally automated system,
let say if you are using a RIL and forget to pay the monthly bill on time (on due date) all facility got disconnected even you can't speak to customer care to lodge a complaint freely...as Your Broadband got disconnected too, YOu are Handicapped, so then you have to visit local RIL office Or call from another STD valid phone, there is no local customer care office..this is the major probelm faced by me
I'm very much strange that Its a Anil Bhai Ventures Company & Its in crores & they don't have any Toll free services for their customers from BSNL landlines.........STRANGE .
and 2nd crazy thing
happened with me that I was not in town on due date last month, so I said my mother to deposited that particular amount, so she said a security guard to deposit the bill and it was Rs 400 including tax, she had given somewhere around RS 300 to guard to paid through Easy Bill Counter, he had deposited on the same day and given payment slip to my mom.
But I'm again very much SHOCKED that It was not updated even in four days in RIL's A/c. I came back in town and take proper follow up then I found that my broadband services was not working & then I consult my Mom and I found that for Rs 100 or so they sent an executive to my home for collecting the amount in my absense without calling or informing on my alternative mobile number...............!!!!!!!!!!!

Anil Dhirubhai...what are you doing??>>>>Its a matter of quality policy & proper services towards your customers...your Gurgaon office has so many executives who are free to collect amount in user absense... & that is Just Rs 100..
See It will "make a year for one customer, but Loose in just one second".
