I had been told by Reliance customer care that they can give me a broadband connection. The sales person identified a ready connection in front of my house and order confirmation team confirmed me there can be a connection. They had given me the landline number also.
On the above basis, I gave them Rs.1500 as advance and they have credited the money. Now after almost more than one month, they are not refunding my money nor they are responding to my mails also. Time and again I have given reminder mails but of no use. In their record they have mentioned that, I had requested for a termination whereas I was not given a connection at all.
Just to fulfill the sales target they are doing like this. I am helpless. Now it is not enough if they just give my money refunded to me. I wish there should be sufficient visible action on those person who were dealing with me.
I don't want any money any more, just need the company top management to know about these departments and terminate the department itself. Then only consumers will be relieved.
