This behaviour is becoming more and more typical in india:
Act rude
Act illiterate(or perhaps they're not acting?)
Refuse to care about others(it's all about you, isn't it?)
Blatantly refuse to listen
Fail to take the appropriate actions to meet customer needs
Mumble incoherently like a drooling, shuffling retard.
Then get indignant when the customer finally comes unglued and starts yelling and swearing!
Typical refusal to be held accountable!
Don't bother to listen and pay attention to how your company has pushed the customer to this point! Ooooh no no no!
These buffoons think they are entitled to free money! They think they are entitled to be lazy, nonchalant and customers have no right to treat them accordingly!
This backwards mentality displayed by cust. Svc. Reps is no different than the criminal who blames the victim for "ruining his life" when he finally gets punished!
And management? Hahahaha! You think you're going to speak to a manager? Never! It will never happen! You can beg, plead, insist, demand, scream, whatever- the minute you ask for a manager it's "no i will not give you to my manager." click. She hangs up!
Don't bother contacting the appellate authority either. You will get nowhere and they will do nothing to take the offenders to task and they will do nothing to prevent such nonsense in the future.
Reliance's so called "customer service"(what service?)-especially in Bangalore- deserve more than just yelling and swearing because it's completely ineffective. Nothing works with these scabs. You can be nice all day, that doesn't work, these crooks mistake a nice demeanor for weakness that must be exploited. They don't respond to outbursts either because they're so completely infected with apathy and laziness. In fact they're so incredibly lazy they refuse to open their mouths and speak clearly(or perhaps i'm wrong, maybe they're all just mentally disabled?) During a conversation.
Or, perhaps it's just the gloriously corrupt Bangalore "work ethic"? Perhaps these people refuse to behave competently because it's physically impossible to squeeze a bribe from the caller?!
Acceptable service of any kind anywhere in Bangalore is like the loch mess monster- extremely elusive and rarely witnessed and its existence is up for debate! It is the world capitol of mediocrity and abject failure! Reliance is hell bent on remaining part of the problem instead of acting as a role model for other businesses!
The only way to deal with such sloths is to stand over them with a horse whip!
The deplorable attitude and behaviour of reliance employees is just one example of everything that's wrong with india. This gross lack of integrity is virulent and has infected the vast majority of Indian businesses and government offices.
And these fools really can't understand why customers get angry!
I actually get better service from domino's and kaatizone than reliance!
