Post writing the review RediffmailproSucks , there has been some positive developement which I thought was my duty to update.
I was pleasently surprised when I received a telephone call from Rediff Technical support informing me of the Technical problems being rectified and taken care of and now the problem has been sorted. Infact the Technical support staff even assured me of proactive steps being taken to handle Spam, the other issue..
Although there still several areas for improvement, I am happy that atleast there is a Technical Support department who does respond(although I would have appreciated that they listen to the customers directly without the need of a Public Website to open their ears. Best solution would be to open a Toll Free Telephonic support.
I would like to thank Mouthshut.com for making this possible and would also like to thank Rediff for attending to the problem.
