It was the worst experience ever I faced in my entire life of age 23. First of all, I'll request my friend and family members not to use BMCC travel ever if it emergency also still.


What to say if it was one flaw with this travel partner could understand but there were too like.


Starting from no proper communication with a passenger the bus conductor was dealing with pax like as we travelling free of cost he was using all slang and bullshit.


1.No on time Dep.


2.In this hard time of covid where we have to maintain social distance there was no social distance maintain letting anyone seat on other seats when I ask to sanitize my seat the bus partner from hyd who was coordinating said.


You wanna go or not if not get down from the bus.


3.There were 25 seats for sleeper and I believe 13 14 non-sleeper seats available in that BMCC travels total count of seat it 38 but on that day bus was fully packed with total 64 pax.


4.Migrant pax was traveling might be on emergency in front of they booked on spot booking, as they many of migrant people they charge 5000 6000 from each one passenger who booked on spot.


5.After charging also so high price these people have to sacrifice on seating no proper coordination, on seat seater seat they were 3 people sitting were on 2 sleeper seat 4 5 passengers were sitting., The bus was fully packed.


6.At Lakdikapul in Hyderabad bus was stand for more than 1hour to take some boxes where that box was not kept on the upper side but they placed all 79 boxes inside the passenger path such a disgusting unavailable to walk properly due to that.


7.As per rule and also when I booked the ticket no were mentioned about RTPCR after some time of traveling approx 2hours bus stop immediately the bus conductor forcefully charged everyone 100Rs stating as you all r not carrying Covid Report just give 100 rupees he will coordinate with government people who are checking at a checkpoint.


Forcefully he charged 100 from everyone as some passenger denied to give he said until you won't give bus won't go forward, in emergency all have to give 100 with no use no guidelines say need covid Report from if your traveling from Telangana to Maharastra but the bus conductor charged everyone forcefully.


And at check POINT at Adlibad no one Stop and ask anything I don't why he charged 100 from all of us.


As I mentioned there were so many migrant passengers traveling in bus some are booked tickets will Nag, Raipur some have booked ticket till Patna also. As coordinator at HYD who was dealing with passengers at boarding time, he collected all the tickets from all passengers and didn't return them. as they were sitting in grp of 4 5 on seat seater sit, later he denied giving writing ticket slip to the passenger when we reach Nagpur.


Near Jamtha bus Stop and another Nag, bus coordinator came and asking ticket for everyone where many of them not having tickets with them, worst scenario started now they made all passengers who r not having tickets they forcefully asked everyone to get down from the bus, shameless service passenger gave 5000 Rs to go their hometown but this people forcefully made them get down from the bus. I feel pity for them as they don't have any idea anything about what they will do. Such disgusting services charging from migrant passenger but not providing services if they r migrant and not educated that doesn't mean u can do anything.


I have Clicked the picture of the whole Bus with full packed passenger and that Box and having video also who at Nagpur near Jamtha who these people made them forcefully made them get down from bus I'll make sure this photo and video I'll share to media and police people and provide all information what's is happening before and after so they can take action on this travel BMCC AGENCY.


Third class service from travel agency I'll never travel from this service partner and I'll tell you my friends and family members not to choose this travel agency ever.
