I was waiting at the boarding but there was a delay in arrival. They didn't even inform us about the delay. So we called them to ask what has happened but they didn't even pick the call. After an hour, When the bus has arrived we asked them regarding this and they didn't answer us.
We filed a complaint against this issue and the customer care didn't resolve this.
They are not at all accountable for what they've done.worst service I've ever seen.
They help us only in booking the tickets bur when it comes to service they never help us.
Passengers safety or comfort is not at all their responsibility.
They never bother about all these once the tickets are booked and they ll not even respond to our queries.
