I booked 2 to-fro tickets from Redbus website from Pune-Indore-Pune on 24-Oct-2019.
Bus from Pune-Indore was at 20:30pm by bus operator Rajratan Travel & Tours at Sangamwadi Parking, however received message from transport operator around 6:41pm on 24-10-2019 as follows -
Dear Pax, Your new pickup is Viman Nagar-S.R Travels at 9:00 AM in place of 8:45 PM at 8:45 PM for your journey Pune To Indore. Sorry for inconvenience. Thanks, https://rajratanbus.in
Rajratan Travel & Tours and Redbus customer care were not reachable to provide me updates till 8:15pm, resulted into missing the bus for which I paid the tickets fare for 4 passengers costed me Rs 7904.40. Both Rajratan Travel Tours and Redbus customer care denied to refund the bus fare for which I missed the bus due to wrong message and they were responding the me over SMS/phone till 8:15pm. Redbus took 1 month 12 days to resolve the issue for denial of the refund with RajRatan travels tours.
Request Redbus to be cautious in listing bus operators for their punctuality and service to customer for which they are paid.
Also pay attention to their customers feedback who are paying money for the service with you and you are there to provide the service.
