Hi. Don't do booking from redBus application. I have booked ticket from redBus and unfortunately .Instead of the scheduled departure time of 10: 00pm from Nainital to Delhi and We were only 5 mins late and There is no one call from driver side before departure .
Very bad bus driver. Very bad and Rude behaviour . I was trying to call the driver but he was switched off his phone. I got my bus from Haldwani .we face so many problem and I was spend 2000 Rs extra for reaching from nainital to Haldwani . After got my Bus, The main thing is that their is already other passenger reservation on my seat no. We were sit on last seat and seat is not comfortable.Most of the passenger were facing this problem and fighting for their seats. That was very very hard journey for us we decided we will never go again.
