Good Phone with some problems. Review on Realme X7 5G

So I'm using this Realme X7 5g mobile for more than a year now. Bought this mobile for 20k rupees and this phone is better phone not the best in this price range.

The reason I don't like this phone a lot because of the software updates. Yeah it's fine we know that after updates there are bugs but this phone comes with alot of bugs, the camera apps stops while using, the maps is not showing accurate locations, the phone starts heating and because of that the battery backup is poor. Sometimes my mobile doesn't ever give me a full day charge, I charge my phone at 8 in the morning but till 6 pm in the evening it gets at below 20% and that irritates me and because of that I need to carry charger or power bank every time I am going somewhere.

The second big bug for me is receiving a call, whenever someone calls me if I'm using my phone I don't see any notifications, I need to wait for 15 to 20 seconds for that and after some time the notifications pops and then only I can receive a call or see who is calling, So because of this problem I'm using truecaller app which shows me whose calling.

The third irritating bug is while using any payment app they have default home screen lock, so my home screen lock is face and fingerprint, so it always ask for faceID only and not fingerprint so in the day it's fine using it with any options but at night or if it is dark it asks for faceID only so there is not any button to switch to fingerprint or pin option it only shows cancel button if it is unable to recognize my face so for that I need to maximize my phone brightness and then it will detect my face then it will open the app. If the phone won't detect the right face then only there is option to switch to fingerprint of pin. So these three major bugs irritate me a lot. And this bug is present from Realme UI 2.0 and now I have received Realme UI 3.0 but this bug is not fixed yet. Eagerly waiting for new software update and Realme please solve this issue.

Talking about the build quality, build quality is best I a using this mobile without cover and it had felled from my hand so many times but it's very strong, once it fell from my staircase of my house and it survived, but recently one week before I was travelling on bike so that time it felled from my hand and the bike was very fast so as I said I don't like using cover so because of that the screen broke but the best part is it broke from down and still it is working and as it had in display figure print scanner it is also working as it was working before. The only problem I faced is the buttons of the mobile that is volume and lock button it started blocking means it was better clickable before but now it has become hard to press, but there is no any other scratch present on my phone so loved the build quality.

Now talking about the performance, there is no issue with me using this phone cause it handles my daily task, It doesn't lag it's fast and for most of the users, they won't judge the performance.

The sound quality is also nice not great but it does the job I just feel that it should have stereo speakers so it would be great. The only thing is it is not having any headphone jack available, the company provides us with the connector but you can't take it anywhere you go so sometimes I think that it should have headphone jack.

Now talking about the display I loved using this amoled display it is visible in the direct sunlight and because of the amoled display we have in display fingerprint scanner and it is very responsive.

The camera is also good and does the job and I don't use the camera much so it's ok for me.

Nevertheless never got bored using this phone cause it does the job what I want.
