One of clients theater advertising purpose we have approached Real Image Media Technologies once in Hyderabad. We have taken all the details of the campaign price and ad type. After all we have given our visual ad to this company to play in cinema theaters through Qube technology. We have given it at GPR Mall for two weeks to play.
On the release of Kamal Hassan's latest movie we have decided to play our ad in theaters. The movie was released and our ad also released to play. Qube people said our ad is playing in GPR mall screens. We also informed our client that the ad is palying on screens.
After 4 days we went to check how it is playing'we just shocked after watching the ad, there is no audio was playing. Immediately we went to theater's manager to complain it he said it is given without audio only. We contacted Real Image's Marketing manager Sulthan and he said will check it and inform you.
We are in tension if client send anybody to see the ad how it is playing then what will happen.
After 2 hours again we called Sulthan he said I don't know about it. Again we called one of sales rep from Real Image he said no it is plying with audio I will check.
Whole the day they are blaming each other of their employees but the problem was not resolved. Unfortunately our client send a person to see the ad in theater, and he went to the client and told the same thing.
Client called us asked to give money back. He shouted at our bad service, but mistake was not ours. After the incident we inquired at Real Image they said sorry that was their technical mistake. Finally we lost one of our regular client.
