I had booked a site during February 2014. They had said that by December 2015 they will get the site registered. Its been three years since I booked my site and there is no scene of site getting registered. They have already taken 90% of the payment during the initial one year itself. If we call to their representative, they will simply say that due to the demonitization the process of registration is delayed. Really pist off with this real estate agents. Never buy a property in alliance square mysore as they are big fraudsters and real estate mafia who do merry with the common mans hard earned money. I want my money back along with interest.
Never trust this alliance group, mysore and waste your hard earned money. While entering mysore, one can see various banners of this group to invest in mysore. Dont get duped by them. before booking the site, their representative will call you n no. of times and take you to site visits. once the site is boooked, they never bother to give updates. even if you call their representative, they will casually reply saying due to demonitization they are not able to get the approval of documents. without any legal bonding, these MAFIA put common mans money at stake. never book a site with them.
