I had been to Rajadhani restaurant at UB City in Bangalore at a friend's birthday party & liked the food quite a bit, so instantly decided to got this restaurant when I saw the hording of newly opened Rajadhani in Forum Value Mall at Whitefield Bangalore.
The experience made me a fan of Rajadhani restaurant within first 5 mins of entering the restaurant. There were more than 20 waiters for about 15 tables, still there was no single noise of any waiter. Reason: They have a very unique sign language and symbols for each table and item. Whatever you order or need, the waiter at your table waves some signs to the reception and you get it in a flash.
Within a few seconds, we had out'thaalis' in front of us and food being served. Its a big indian buffet of 32 items. You may not like all of them but its ok to ignore 1 or 2 dishes when you have so many choices. The food was great and desserts were outstanding. we have never had that good'halwa' in Bangalore before. They have a variety of chapaties and pooris. Big buffet!
Hospitality gets a special mention. The waiters are trained to request you have little more of food. The courtesy and hospitality is trade secret of this restaurant. Really impressive!
Cost of buffet is very nominal at Rs 225(may be a invitational price for first few days). More importantly, they do not charge you for mineral water bottles like the other restaurants in Bangalore.
Would recommend anyone to go have a try, even if you are not very fond of Rajasthani/Gujrati food.its a nice experience.
