I am writing this review because I was the student of This college in 2014 batch.
The website portal mouthshut.com provide a platform to share my experience about RKGIT.I really feel proud about my institution. I can proudly say I love my college after all my feelings are attached with it.
I completed my engineering from electrical and electronics engineering. In 2010 when I become a member of RKGIT family there was 5 branches of B.tech running. Electrical and electronics, Mechanical, Electronics and communication, Information technology, computer engineering and electronics and instrumentation. I am not going to bored you from these things. the highlighted points of this college is:
Campus and Architecture: The college is on the Delhi-meerut highway. The college campus is very big and well planned. there are lots of greenery which attracts each and every one. There are roads to connect each department and hostels. Each department has their own separate buildings. The buildings are huge and create a great impact on each viewer. I will give it 5/5 in it.
Hostel Facility: The one and the best things is that the hostel for every year is fully separate. specially first year hostel is fully isolated from seniors hostel. there are two hostel for 1st year and one separate hostel for each year. the mess service is conman for 2, 3, 4th year and isolated from 1st year mess. overall the 1st year always keeps isolated from their seniors to prevent ragging and exploitation. the food quality is good not so excellent. I will cut one star for mess service. I will give it 4/5 in hostel services.
Education and Knowledge: Each and every department is fully equipped with modern labs associated with its branch. the teachers are really impressive and have a deep conceptual knowledge about the subjects. I dont know about other department but my electrical department was really helpful to their students.
Reputation in engineering institutions: RKGIT started in 2010 and it create a glorious image in engineering institutions. It comes in top 15 private colleges of UPTU.
Extra curriculum activity: there are many extra curriculum activities running between every session like robotics, electraze, baja for mechanical engineering etc. Between feb and march feasts are organised. In the feast there are many different types of games organised.
Placement: the are separate department Named CRC which deals with the training and placement of students. There are many companies visiting the college and hire the students which fulfils their requirement.
Conclusion: Overall college is excellent.
