Of course speaking about Indian Cricket this is true 100%. In case of Rahul Dravid, he is the man who gives the required life in the dead Indian Cricket team. So this man is called ‘The Wall’ of cricket. Take the example of the tour of New Zealand (forgettable tour), when the opposition thinks of taking wicket it is of Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid. Rahul Dravid is the one batsman who is feared in the overseas. Who can forget the thrashing he gave Donald in South Africa to complete his Test Century. India is having the most talented cricketers in the world cricket but when they go to play abroad they are all pussy cat. But it is Rahul Dravid who sticks to his consistency and scores runs for India.

Life is not easy in cricket, everybody has the weakness of losing form may be the best batsmen or the most feared bowler or fielder. But it is the phase that everyone has to overcome as soon as possible in cricket. Rahul Dravid has also gone through that phase, but one thing for sure when he lost his touch, he took the job of wicket keeper and extra batsmen or bowler was able to be included in the Indian team, such should be the spirit of game and such should be the sacrifice. One of the most talked, admired and loved sports person in world of cricket is this Wall.

The big three, Sourav Ganguly, Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid who are the most feared batsmen in the world whom the bowler thinks is the prized wicket and most important wickets to take. Rahul Dravid who showed that he is the successful successor of Sourav Ganguly. Many have the opinion that Rahul should be the captain of Indian Cricket Team due to his calm, cool nature and the amazing concentration and composure. By looking at him leading the team one could remember the never say die attitude captain Steve Waugh. Rahul is the one who has given the most successful partnership weather it is the match turning partnership against Australia with V.V.S. Laxman, with Sachin or with Sourav. Rahul is been always there to give India the required Success in the Cricket. We need more Dravids in Indian Cricket Team.
