We booked a double bed room in radha krishna hotel through bharatonline.com, the guy there assured that it's the best hotel for the price, but we were cheated like anything. They put us in a room which was not even clean which was later changed. In new room, you can ask what was working, instead of what was not working. Shower, TV and the plug points were the things which we noticed within the first 5 minutes of our stay, and could not get them fixed until we vacated. Bedsheets were more like bedshits, blanket was horrible and we're not able to touch the towel which was delivered after that. But, this was only the beginning.
We ordered lunch after half an hour and oops, it was wholly crap, they sent us boiled potatoes in place of a dish which contains small pieces of fried potatoes. Not only this, I picked the first bite and realized that the peace of potato which I was holding was rotten. Ah, I only had bad wishes for them now.
Stay away from this hotel, not sure which govt. has approved it. And crap bharatonline.com said it was 3 star, holy crap.
Never go for this hotel.
Update(17/10/2010): BharatOnline.com actively worked and refunded us for extra bed and the excess tax collected by the hotel. They have also assured that - "Hotel Radha krisna is no more associated with Bharatonline." - Good luck.
