Worst company!!. Review on Racold Water Heater

Ignoring all negative reviews I have bought Racold Omnis Lux 15ltrs geyser by going through its looks and indicators from amazon but ended up helpless with regrets.

The installation was done on the same day as the geyser was delivered before noon, it was worked for exactly 20 days without any problem, then all of the sudden the indicator lights were running but never stopping at any temperature even after an hour of waiting and we found no hot water is coming.

Raised a service request, the service engineer came on same day and after verifying the geyser he told me that the thermostat and the motherboard of the geyser were gone and have to put an order to the company then only he will able to repair it.

Its been 18 days and we still waiting to get it repaired after spending 11k plus when all other geysers of same capacity are coming to its half of price! This is the second time we have lost money in geysers which were bought from amazon, earlier we have bought orient 3 ltrs geyser and it was gone after 10 days the return window was closed and not able to get it repaired through service center as the service center is situated in other city and its still lying down waste.

Racold customer service also pathetic, call not connects that easy but if it connects they will put you in hold for a while then give you some another number to call for the help.

Fraud amazon not publishing this review by saying my review has not met their guidelines, such a cheat! Now one can come to a conclusion how fair this amazon and the genunity of their reviews, most of the reviews are fake and paid…
