Quikr is the most unprofessional site I have ever seen. Their customer service is the WORST in the world. On one call, they transferred me THREE times to the "correct" department, and even after that they got it wrong. Their customer support is uneducated, they are a bunch of people Quikr recruited from the rod side.
Regarding their Doorstep service, forget about it! They rescheduled FOUR times and then told me that their doorstep delivery guy updated the status as "customer requested for re-schedule". I did not even speak to any doorstep delivery guy. They are unethical, unprofessional and a bunch of liars and cheats. Their doorstep delivery guy lied to them about rescheduling. He should be fired from his job for being unethical and for making the customer suffer. And really, all their customer service people need to be fired. They can't speak, and they know only one word in the English language - "sorry".
Quikr is some local roadside company, do not ever deal with them.
