Recently I have booked A.C installation via QuikerEasy from the following service provider

The technician charged approx. 7200 INR for the same stating that copper wire and gas and AC service is required.
No invoice receipt was provided.
After two days the AC stopped cooling and when I called the service provider again technician mentioned that AC capacitor is faulty and needs to be replaced and it will cost me around 1350.
Later he brought the capacitor and did not show me the same. So I asked him to show me the capacitor and I found it was some old capacitor which was of the year 2012 and expiry in 2021.
So I asked why you brought 7-year-old capacitor and technician mentioned only this was available and it is around 900 and when I asked why you did not mention it until I have asked then he starts arguing with me.
Since I was aware of this capacitor now and technician again try to check(pretending) the AC and said your AC capacitor is fine and only one wire was unplugged so he plugged the wire and left.
Again after 1-2 days the AC has stopped cooling and now when I have called LG, their technician told me the condenser coil is faulty and no one checked the AC properly and it will cost me again approx 8000-9000.
So, in the end, I have to pay more than 15000 now just to hang a non-working AC on the wall. The service provider has denied returning the amount and he is not accepting the technician fault. I am not sure what did they checked during AC service or if they checked anything at all. They filled the gas which cost me around 2500 and it did not stay for more than 2 days.
This is simple fraud from the Service Provider and if I was not vigilant he would have charged me again(1350) for service which he never did. There is nothing done and I have spent 7200 to just hang a non-working AC.
I am also sure he charged me too much for the first time for the amount of 7200 and I want a full refund on that.
I have tried to reach Quikr customer care and they told me to wait for 24 hours but its 2 days and nothing is done. Whenever I called their customer care it never connects and I just get the automated voice message that Quikr will contact me which never happen.
I don't know how Quikr does the quality checks for service providers or even if there is any quality check. There is no liability for Quikr services and even fraud service provider can register and start their business. Quikr booked the service for me so they should be responsible for this along with the service provider. since I have no option left so I have to escalate this on social media and I will also register a police complaint against both Quikr and service provider for fraud.
