I had my blood(LFT & KFT) & urine tests done on 11th May 16 under their Order number 1666257, paying a premium fee of Rs.2795/- and was surprised when the following was presented to me as my report.
1.The 1st line of the report said - Name Mismatch - meaning this report was prepared using someone else's sample.name on the sample was not mine at the time of testing.
2.Almost all test report values were within range - How is it possible when the patient is diabetic with high cholesterol?
3.Urinalysis report was more than perfect with not even a minor deviation as if the report was prepared without any test done - how is it possible when the patient is on medication for infection?
Finally to report all these to the company I had to make at least 25 calls & 4-5 mails only to get the following reply from the customer care manager who seemed to have no idea of the subject he was handling & was least interested in even understanding the logic behind the complaint.
Reply from company.
1.Comment of name mismatch was deleted from the second report & hence the same report which was made with someone else's goofed up sample is now mine & I should accept it without making any noise.
2.Urinalysis report is perfect & the doctor treating the patient for infection & the patent suffering from infection both are idiots.
3.To prove them wrong I was asked to get the tests done again spending another Rs.2795/-
Finally My Report about this Multi National Fraud.
1.The company suffers from highly inefficient team which will lead them to bankruptcy.
2.The company is taking advantage of Iax legal system .Had they done this in any other country they would have been thrown out & heavily penalized.
3.Please do not get lured by these fraud MNC's who are here knowing well that we are easy prey & they can get away with anything.
4.Please do not allow such companies play with your precious life.
I do not recommend this company/product & am giving rating of 1 star as there is no provision of zero star that this company deserves.
