I have visited Queensland twice from my childhood. The rides experience was good. One of my relatives worked here as a manager. He has shared lot of matters that go inside the organization. I am sharing it here.
The rides that are bought for several crores are all second hand products that are thrown away or discarded as unfit and unsafe by Americans and English people. Those discarded rides are being bought for cheaper price and fixed here. That's the reason lots of accidents happen here frequently and lot of people keep dying on a weekly basis here. These type of news is always covered/hidden and not bought to public's attention by bribing local politicians and police officials regularly. They also have connection to media people to hide this. Queensland owner does not pay taxes at all and once when raid came ( since they didn't pay bribe to respective officials properly) , the owner instructed all staff to immediately throw away all financial papers and burn them in a place behind Queensland. So, they don't pay taxes and they go for cheap products as well without considering how many lives they are killing just to save their money. After knowing this, we entirely stopped visiting Queensland.
People who visited recently came back and gave feedback that the place is not at all well maintained and the water rides are stinking with too much used water and chlorine smell. People who visit once, are not willing to go back. The ticket prices are unreasonably high for the quality of rides they offer.
