Words spread around the web and the fastest word to reach each and everyone on the net is the word e-mail.
So what does email mean, how is it send?what pathway does it travel through?why is it so fast?Ask
these question to any normal user of the net and he fails to answer.
About 70% of people don’t know answers to these question and for the remaining 30%, well I think these must be on the web from very long ago and studied through book one’s.
So what is email and how is it sent?
Well email is nothing but a mail which you send, only in this case you are using a computer which helps you send it faster with extra add-ons.
When you click on Send button, it travels to your domain server and the SMTP after reading you domain after @ options send it to the other domain server and find’s the user and post’s the mail.
Now that sounds cool doesn’t it.Well I have put words in short so that you can understand.
So email can be accessed in two ways.
1)The first way is by the web based future in which you log on to the site, supply your user name and password and then check mail.
2)Way is by using a program which does this work.Well these programs are know as email clients and they save a lot of work.They are fast and many a easy to work with.
E-mail Client’s if provided with proper information can do the work of checking mail and downloading to your computer.
Who can use a E-mail Client
Anyone who has a email account with email service provider providing POP3 access.
While there are many email client available with the famous one being Outlook express, I prefer Eudora due to low vulnerability to viruses.

Eudora is a email client available for download from https://Eudora.com. This email client is available in 3 versions 1)Paid(with out ads) 2)Sponsored Version 3)Low features version.
I prefer that you choose Sponsored version during setup.
The setup is very hand and same and other setup which you might have run.
How to configure this email clients
Believe me most of my friends don’t know how to configure Outlook.
Eudora is easy to configure.When you run the program for the first time it asks you with your Display name,email address, pop3 server address,SMTP address and that’s it.Then click on the 3 button on you standard tool bar.
Eudora will now ask you for your password of email account.Give the password and that’s it you email’s will be instantly downloaded.
Eudora has a good interface and a basket full of utilities, which I would love to write but I think mouthshut will not allow me to.
You can also have many email accounts check at a time.
The goods and the bads
The good thing is that it has many filters,multiple account support,signatures and many other features.
The bad thing is that it takes a large amount of disk space, time outs(which is also good I say), load up time sucks.
Some tips to ensure no errors are popped up and Eudora works fine
Ensure that you provide proper information to Eudora.
In Tools>Options>Checking Mail>User SSL>Never is selected.
Keep the Tools>Options updated and change the setting to you wish.
Keep only important mails listed, and empty you trash can frequently, this ensures faster loading.
To distinguish between Important and other mails create different mailbox by going to Mailbox>New and drag and drop important mails.

To find out if your email service provider gives you POP3 support check out FAQ of the your ESP’s site.
Email client save time as you can write mails off-line and then send it when you are connected.Mail’s can be downloaded and viewed off-line.
Conclusion
Download Eudora and check the client you will love it.It is the best as it does not get infected by virus like Outlook and also supports SSL.
