**...OnE oF ThE bEsT eVeR...**. Review on Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak Songs

Sorry I haven't been on MS for a while guys. Its been dreary and depressing in Newcastle, and pretty much the sort of time where I want to curl up in my bed and not come out for 6 months! Anyway, getting back to the subject. What do I do when i'm dreary and down? I listen to brilliant songs of course. And possibly one of the greatest albums of all time is Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak. This album is ruled by Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik and is brilliant. Every song is great and there is real innocence in this album!

Track 1 - Akele Hai To

This is a really beautiful melodious track. Here, the two lovers are saying that they don't care if they're alone.....because they've got each other. This is a great track sung by Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik. It sounds fresh everytime I hear it! Go check it out -

Track 3 - Gazab Ka Hai Din

Ok, i've sung this song too many times in my life! My favourite song in the album, this is absolutely brilliant. The lyrics are nice and naughty, but still romantic. It has a fun feeling to it which just makes you want to sing along. I especially love it when Udit does his verse as its so sensible and sincere compared to Alka's beautiful jolly singing! A must listen -

Track 4 - Papa Kehte Hai

Another classic etched forever in music history, this song is brilliant. Which young boy didnt sing this song? Udit completely rocks in this track, which is a youthful jolly one! The guy doesn't know what he wants to do in his life....its just such a great song! Go listen...

A nice enough track, sung well by Alka, it only lasts about a minute.

Track 6 - Papa Kehte The

A tearjerkin song, this is the sad version of the main song, and a perfect finish to the album. It really does set a depressing but soulful mood. This is another great song!

Anand-Milind blow away with one of the best albums of all time! One or two of their albums have been alright (Beta, Dil etc.), but can you remember the long list of disasters that came after this film - Dulhe Raja, Jaanwar, Chal Mere Bhai, Hogi Pyar Ki Jeet, Jhoot Bole Kauwa Kate, Krodh, Yeh Tera Ghar Yeh Mera Ghar, Khullam Khulla Pyar Karen, Akhiyon Se Goli Maare.... the list is endless. Still. this is their best album so far!
