I just want to make one thing clear which i felt during my duty that this is a great company as well as a great prison and we are the prisoners.
It felt suffocating like someone wraps me in plastic. And now lets talk about your management and moreover I have a doubt, do they really have any management or hierarchy.
From the day one, they will put some terminology in front of you that you will be compelled to think that is it a work place or prison.
Now I will talk about their duty meals. You can only have a meal once in a day and that too in a very small quantity. It doesn't matter you are fulfilled or not and the worst part you will be the toy for your supervisor and there is no hierarchy who will be ready to listen you. Supervisor decisions are final, doesn't matter how eligible and pro active you are, you just need to lick the feet of your senior.
Although they don't have any kind of management but by paper they do have, so on the so called paper base management I wish to share with you one of my FINEST experience during my journey with the 5 times AWARD WINNER OF WORLDS BEST AIRWAYS "QATAR AIRWAYS ".

NOW the FUNNY gambling of MANAGEMENT started and without my concern they put my career into this dirty game. I got my confirmation of being internal on 28 Feb and on 6th March my manager came and told me that 5th April will be your last working day as we can't carry you forward as we are not having enough budget.
There are many more like me, they told all the same. So this is the professionalism of the five times award winner and this beggars teaches us what is professionalism and how to maintain it. And let's talk about the budget so the budget setted for February was 1.2 million QAR and we made the sale of 1.5 million QAR. So their budget is already crossed and then also they cannot afford us.
Our visa was for two years and accumulated contract with Company 1 year but they used us only for 4 months. Now they are sending us home and in compensation, we got best wishes & return air ticket.
My point is that if you can't AFFORD us, just don't try to afford. It was my biggest mistake that I joined QATAR AIRWAYS where there is no job security.
People are attending their not to do their jobs but to save their jobs.
Company does not even deserve a single star.
