PVR Grand Mall is in Velachery. It is nearer to the Velachery Railway Station. I have visited that place for many times because it is nearer to my home.
Basically a shopping mall should have many shops in it. But Grand mall doesn't have many shops, it has very very less shops and it is a very small mall compared to others.
PVR cinemas in Grand mall is costly compared to SPI cinemas. The cost of the ticket is high and also the food available inside the PVR cinemas is also high.
For example, a regular popcorn costs 199 rs and extra 20 for cheese or caramel or some other tasted popcorn.
The ticket price of the cinemas is 165.35 rs including GST. If it is booked through online they charge extra 30 rs.
The parking inside grand mall is also higher. They charge 30 rs / hour which is costly for that small mall.
Let's now look at the specifications:
Ambiance: the ambiance of PVR Grand Mall is somewhat okay.
Ticket prices - The ticket is very high and not worthy as I said before.
Picture and sound Quality - The screen is small and the theater room is also small so the sound effects are higher and causes head aches sometimes.
Value for Money - PVR Grand Mall is definitely not Value for Money.
