I purchased a unit of Pureit in May 2007. When we ordered the unit, it was delivered in 2 hours!
The tap broke on 18th July 2007. I have made many calls to their service number. Every time they give a reply that it will be set right by 6.00 P.M. next day.
So far no one has turned up( as of 8th July 2007)
From this episode, we have the following inferences to make:
A) Customer is the King, but before purchase- not after
B) Pureit must be given an award for consistency- because all their service personnel have been trained to say " tomorrow. before 6 P.M."
C) Don't tell them that you have a service complaint; better tell them you want a new piece. They will come within 2 hours. Then deal with them
D) Recently Lever has changed its name. Hope that will make them more customer friendly!
